Joannes “Hans” van de Kimmenade is the founder and Managing Director of Mount Scenery (Belgium), a firm specializing in directorship and governance services for international investors and philanthropic organizations. With over a decade of leadership experience at IQ-EQ, including roles as Country Head and Managing Director in Belgium, he brings deep expertise in fiduciary management, cross-border structures, and real estate investments.

Hans holds an LL.M. in Notarial Law from Utrecht University and began his legal career at top-tier firms including Van Doorne, NautaDutilh, Loyens & Loeff, and Hogan Lovells. He advises European family offices and sits on several boards and supervisory committees of non-profits.

Fluent in multiple languages (Dutch, English, French and German) and classically educated across the Netherlands, France, and Spain, Hans combines legal acumen with international vision.
